- Able to adeptly evaluate existing training programs, develop training designs that meet the needs of different teams, and train all staff on any and all organizational software tools
- Report progress of training initiatives; Use metrics to measure performance of training team and those receiving training; Resolve identified problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
